Komerční banka together with Société Générale created in 2015 a competence center for SG BI services, which develops and operates the solution from Prague.

We provide collection, processing, management and distribution of data and information in the form of data flows, analytical reports and other outputs. We operate and help develop data warehouses for 14 African banks, and our solution is among the largest in Central Europe.

If you're a student, we can offer this position for part-time cooperation with long term interest in becoming full-time team member.

PLEASE NOTE that this position is a local contract. We do not provide any relocation package, assistance with obtaining work permit for CZ and we do not sponsor work visas.

What will your job entail?

  • Work in JIRA, evaluating requirements according to set processes and assigning them to solution teams.
  • Processing requests for User Access Management, and other requests in BI.
  • Communicating with entity representatives and end users - collecting requests and entering them into the system, assisting with the process of determining rights to assign.
  • Level 1 technical support: Cognos, SAS, Teradata - problem verification, analysis, preparation of documents for further processing.
  • Evaluation of user feedback and suggesting changes to the solution
  • Creating the documentation
  • During first three months training commute to Stodůlky (preferably Thursdays/Wednesdays or both if that's your preference)

What do we expect from you?

  • Analytical skills
  • Communicative, systematic, organised
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and VBA or willing to learn it
  • Experience of working in customer support is an advantage as well as experience with ticketing tools
  • We cooperate with African banks (SG) so active knowledge of French is welcome but not neccessary as our teams mainly work in English
