Markets Technology Tribe is responsible for the design, the development and day-to-day maintenance and support of the information system and digital assets powering the markets activities of Komercni Banka.
In close cooperation with the business units, Markets Technology Tribe brings to life the modernization and digitization of the financial and capital markets activities of Komercni Banka. The focus of the tribe is to provide customer with a best-in class customer experience via modern and sophisticated way of using the products and services and to provide as well internal users with modern and efficient technological means to perform their activities and duties in a secure and compliant manner in order to focus on the quality of service for the clients.
By joining the tribe, you will have to possibility to work within an organisation which is working using the agile@scale principles, collaborate closely with strong experts in the area of technology and investment banking and take a leading part to an interesting project which can change the way potentially hundreds of thousand of customers would trade securities on the capital markets.
The eBrokerage project aim to provide to customers a fully digital experience for trading a wide range of securities on the capital markets with superior design and innovative and simple user experience coupled with advanced functionalities.
In order to achieve this objective, a new dedicated squad, the eBrokerage “squad” will be set-up in the Markets Technology Tribe.

What will you do

  • Set-up the squad: define the adequate organisation and competencies needed to succeed with delivering to the markets the KB eBrokerage platform as well as taking part in the selection of the staff

Lead the design of the solution : identify the customer needs, the market trends/opportunities and consequently define the offer and clients proposition , design the end-to-end customer journeys

  • Lead the definition of the implementation strategy in cooperation with the IT architect, business teams and IT development team.
  • Lead the implementation team in order to deliver the solution in line with validated concept and within the budget allocated for this initiative.
  • Lead the definition of the marketing and communication strategy for a success roll-out of the solution on the markets

What do we expect from you :

  • Solid and successful previous experience in a similar project (key role or ideally leading role) on the local market or a similar market
  • Good knowledge of the capital markets (trading securities, product lifecycle and the infrastructure of the markets)
  • Strong organization, collaboration and communication skills
  • Open-minded and innovative thinking
  • Good level of English
